蓝舍艺术空间毗邻着有千年水乡美誉的逢简水乡，具有很浓厚的在地性文化底蕴。其改造的愿景，是希望能借助这样的现有建筑，重新以一种谦卑的姿态，诠释岭南文化的价值，内敛却蕴含能量。

The Lantern art space is adjacent to Fengjian water town, which has a good reputation of water town for thousands of years. The vision of its transformation is that we can use the existing buildings to reinterpret the value of Lingnan Culture with a humble attitude.

项目的本质是一个在乡村振兴语境下的建筑活化改造。我们希望利用现代设计语言，通过一些在地工艺，将旧有空间赋予以新的使命。我们的设计愿景是打造一个广佛都市圈内的新时代文化艺术空间，面对未来，展现特有的水乡情怀，成为一种弘扬东方美学价值的新标志，在广义的范围内创造更显著的社会和环境价值。项目是汇聚商业、宴会、艺术展览于一体的艺术文化空间。大厅位于建筑首层，需要通过曲折蜿蜒的园林小径到达，极具“桃花源”式的体验感。不同功能相对独立，越往低区，公众开放性越高。

The essence of the project is an architectural renovation in the context of rural revitalization. We hope to use modern design language, through a number of in-situ process, the old space to give a new mission. Our design vision is to create a new era of culture and art space within the Guangfo metropolitan area, facing the future, showing the unique feelings of water, becoming a new symbol of carrying forward the value of oriental aesthetics, creating more significant social and environmental values in a broad sense. The project is an artistic and cultural space which gathers commerce, banquets and art exhibitions. Located on the ground floor of the building, the hall is accessed via a winding garden path with a “Peach blossom land”experience. Different functions are relatively independent, the lower the district, the more open the public.

HHICC和华环贸广场及希尔顿酒店是城市更新和市区重建的标杆性典范。项目的建成有效提升了当地的综合城市品质，城市面貌由以往的髒乱差变为如今时尚大气、交通井然有序、社区配套完善、产业获得升级，在创造社会和经济价值方面取得优秀的成就。

As one of the most important commercial complex development projects in recent years, HHICC Plaza and Hilton Hotel is a landmark building integrating global brand images, industry benchmark, ecological architecture and new vision of urban design.

作为当地近年最重要的大型城市综合发展项目之一，HHICC汇聚了高端办公、商业、宴会、展览、星级酒店于一身。比对周边杂乱无章的城市面貌，专案立面运用纯白而一体化的表情，整体建筑採用简洁大气的流线型设计手法，超高层塔楼尤以平滑曲面的旋转造型，按日照节能策略作出合理倾斜或扭转，配以低层裙楼台阶式的堆叠处理，塑造自然流畅而富有生态气息的城市设计景象。

The project is a commercial complex integrating star hotels, offices, commerce, banquets, and exhibitions. In contrast to the surrounding chaotic cityscape, the project uses pure white and integrated facial expression, the whole building adopts the streamline design method of concise atmosphere, and the super-high-rise tower is especially designed with smooth and curved revolving shape, the natural, smooth and ecological urban design scene is created by reasonable tilt or torsion according to sunshine energy-saving strategy, combined with the stacked treatment of low-rise podium and stairs.
