1.   Bachelor degree in structure design, preferably with overseas education or working experience;

2.   Preferably with PRC Class 1 Register Architect Certificate, and Senior Architect Certificate;

3.   At least 8 years working experience in PRC Class-A design institute, preferably with experience of complex or high-rise projects;

4.   Passionate in architecture design and engineering, detail-oriented;

5.   Good leadership, experience and design, capable of 

 independently leading a design team to accomplish projects;

6.   Good communication and presentation skills, good service attitude, capable of independently handling and coordinating client relation;

7.   English communication skills will be a bonus;

8.   Good at major structural design softwares.
