1.   Bachelor degree or master degree in architecture, preferably with overseas education or working experience;

2.   Preferably with PRC Class 1 Register Architect Certificate, and Senior Architect Certificate;

3.   At least 8 years working experience in foreign companies or PRC Class-A design institute;

4.   Passion in architecture design, could monitor the overall situation and details;

5.   Good leadership, design capabilities, capable of independently

 leading the design team to accomplish projects;

6.   Good communication and presentation skills, good service attitude, capable of independently handling and coordinating client relation;

7.   English communication skills will be a bonus;

8.   Good at relevant software including CAD, SKETCH UP, sunshine analysis software, Electronic Planning Permission Process System (EPPPS) and so on will be a bonus.
