Description
'Exhibition Hall, Shunde Wetland Park'
The exhibition centre is the most massive building in the group. The vast roof surface rises gently from the green slope and covers all the functional areas. This weakens the bigness of architecture and strengthen the invisible character of the building. Facing the city traffic, the south facade is comparatively solid and cold, while the folding walls at the north facade creates sculptural effects for the plaza. The use of folding floor slabs, ramps and mezzanines emphasizes on the dynamic and fluidity of interior space.
